1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of BizAds.ca and the purchase or use of BizAds services. By using the website, opening a customer account, submitting a request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the plan, checkout terms, quote, proposal, order confirmation or other written service agreement that applies to your purchase.
2. BizAds services
BizAds provides managed creative and digital services that may include Video & Ads, Social Content, Brand Presence, Website Management, website builds or redesigns, foundational on-page and technical SEO setup, campaign support and related services. The exact scope of a request is confirmed before work begins. Custom or unusually complex work may require multiple requests or a separate quote.
3. Plans, request credits and monthly capacity
Launch includes 4 requests per billing month released at 1 request credit per week. Grow includes 8 requests per billing month released at 2 request credits per week. Beyond includes 12 requests per billing month released at 3 request credits per week. Custom capacity is defined in the applicable order or agreement.
One request generally means one agreed creative piece or one focused standard website update. BizAds may determine that a larger build, redesign, campaign, video production, integration or complex change requires multiple request credits or custom scope, and will confirm that before work begins.
Unused weekly request credits can carry forward within the same billing month up to the plan's monthly limit. Monthly request credits reset at the end of the billing month and do not automatically roll into the next month. Request credits are service capacity, are not currency, and have no cash value.
4. BizAds Creative Team, SEO and hosting
Every paid BizAds plan includes access to the BizAds Creative Team for eligible in-scope requests across the service areas described on the website. Foundational on-page and technical SEO may be included with BizAds-managed websites and applicable website work, such as search-friendly page structure, titles and descriptions, heading structure, image alt-text setup where applicable, indexing basics, and mobile/performance fundamentals. Ongoing SEO campaigns, link building, paid search, large-scale content programs or other advanced SEO work require separate scope unless expressly included. Inclusion of the team does not mean every possible project or third-party cost is included; work remains subject to plan capacity, request scope and any applicable order terms.
Hosting is included with the Beyond plan while an eligible Beyond subscription remains active, subject to the hosting terms disclosed at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Launch and Grow do not include a hosting discount unless a current written offer or order specifically says otherwise. Domains, email, licences, paid media, stock assets and other third-party products are separate unless expressly included.
5. Standard turnaround target
Standard in-scope requests are targeted for completion within 24 hours after BizAds accepts the request and has all required information, files and access. If a request requires more time because of its scope, BizAds will tell you before work begins. Client delays, revision rounds, custom or complex work, third-party dependencies, platform review, outages and events outside BizAds' reasonable control are outside that 24-hour window.
The 24-hour period is a standard service target, not a guaranteed service-level commitment, unless a specific written order or agreement expressly states that a deadline is guaranteed.
6. Customer panel, previews and approvals
The customer panel is the primary workflow for submitting and tracking active requests where available. Requests may move through statuses such as Request, In Progress, Preview, Approve and Deliver. You are responsible for reviewing previews and checking names, prices, dates, claims, links and other business details before approval.
Approval authorizes BizAds to treat the reviewed version as accepted for delivery or publication within the agreed scope. Changes requested after approval may be treated as a revision, a new request or additional scope.
7. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, lawful content, approved logos and brand assets, required access, and timely feedback. You must have the rights, permissions and releases needed for any material you provide. Use official role-based or delegated access when available and do not send passwords through insecure channels.
8. Revisions and scope changes
Included revisions, if any, are governed by your plan or agreement. Revision feedback should be clear and consolidated. A new direction, new deliverable, significant change to an approved concept or work outside the accepted request may use additional request credits or require a separate quote.
9. Payments and recurring billing
Recurring plan pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes and any one-time charges are disclosed at checkout or in the applicable order. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the charges described in the order you accept, subject to applicable law.
10. Third-party services and dependencies
Payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, software vendors, social platforms, stock/media providers and other third parties may have their own terms, availability and fees. BizAds is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, suspension, review delay, algorithm, policy, pricing or service change, although we will use reasonable efforts to work around issues within our control.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use BizAds services, hosting or the customer panel for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, malicious, deceptive or otherwise prohibited activity. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
12. Intellectual property and licences
Client-provided materials remain the client's property unless agreed otherwise. Rights in final deliverables, editable source files, templates, stock assets, fonts, music, software and third-party materials depend on the applicable agreement and third-party licences. Do not assume raw footage, editable source files or transferable third-party licences are included unless expressly stated.
13. Portfolio use and confidentiality
BizAds may request permission to display completed work as a portfolio example. We will not assume permission where an applicable agreement or written instruction identifies the work as confidential or prohibits portfolio use.
14. No performance guarantee
BizAds does not guarantee a particular number of views, leads, sales, followers, search ranking, search-engine placement, organic traffic level or other business outcome. Results can depend on factors outside our control, including audience, budget, offer, competition, platform policies, website performance and market conditions.
15. Suspension and termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, prohibited activity, abuse, material breach or where continued service would create legal or operational risk, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Cancellation and refund treatment is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any order-specific terms.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BizAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes
We may update these terms for future use as services change. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Existing purchases remain subject to mandatory law and the terms that apply to that transaction or customer relationship.
