What counts as one request?+
One request is one agreed creative piece or one focused standard website update. We confirm scope before work starts.
What is a standard website update?+
A focused change such as text, images, a banner, promotion or section update. Larger projects may use multiple requests or require a custom quote — we confirm that first.
Is SEO included?+
Yes. Foundational on-page and technical SEO setup is included with BizAds-managed websites and applicable website work. This can include search-friendly page structure, page titles and descriptions, heading structure, image alt-text setup where applicable, indexing basics, and mobile/performance fundamentals. Ongoing or advanced SEO campaigns can be scoped separately, and no particular ranking or traffic result is guaranteed.
How fast is turnaround?+
Standard in-scope requests are targeted for completion within 24 hours after BizAds accepts the request and has all required information, files and access. If a request needs more time because of its scope, we will tell you before work begins. Client delays, revisions, custom or complex work, and third-party delays are outside that 24-hour window.
Do unused requests roll over?+
Weekly request credits can carry forward within the same billing month, up to your monthly plan limit. Monthly credits reset at month-end. After multiple quiet weeks, you may request extra credits through your customer panel; each request is reviewed case by case and approval is not guaranteed.
